Cozy Anime Photo Generator is an early-stage demo project. This page describes how the current version handles your data, and how that may change as the product develops.
The public version of this site currently runs in mock mode. Uploaded photos are not sent for real AI processing — they stay in your browser for local preview only.
When real image generation is enabled — for example during controlled internal testing, or in a future release — your uploaded photo is sent to our server and forwarded to a third-party AI service provider to generate the requested styled image. That is the only reason your photo would leave your browser.
Cozy Anime Photo Generatornow supports signing in with a Google account. When you generate an image while signed in, the original photo you upload is not saved to our long-term storage — it is only used transiently to produce that one result and is not kept afterward. The generated result itself is saved to a private storage area tied to your account, and a record of the generation (such as when it happened and which style was used) is saved in our database. You can browse and manage that generation history — including viewing and downloading past results — from your account’s Dashboard.
If you purchase Credits, we also store a record of that purchase (such as the amount, date, and payment status reported by our payment provider) tied to your account, along with information needed for security and abuse prevention. We do not store your card number or other payment credentials ourselves — payment is handled directly by our payment provider.
Before any such storage is enabled for the public product, we will update this page to clearly explain what is stored, for how long, how it can be deleted, what control you have over it, and what happens to your data if you close your account.
Our AI processing currently relies on a third-party provider, whose own data handling terms apply to any image we send them. We don’t restate their specific retention periods here, since those are set and may change on their end — refer to their own policies for details.
This is an early, interim privacy notice, not a complete legal privacy policy. A more complete policy will be provided as the product matures.
